Modern Ranch

This active ranch family had outgrown their space and needed an update without disrupting this working ranch. The footage of the house was nearly doubled with a master suite/ office and closet addition. The footprint of the original home was changed to make a massive laundry and mudroom where the original master bedroom had been. A beautiful rustic, neutral wood tile was used throughout the home for cleanability and maintaining that magazine worthy ranch look. Wolf designer cabinets were used throughout the home in different stains and colors specifically designed for this open floor plan and lifestyle. The bathrooms were designed with hardworking cowboys in mind – eye popping tile that won’t show dirt! Earthy quartzite countertops were chosen for durability natural beauty. Automated roller shades complete the look of this beautiful modern ranch!
