I was born in Anadarko and raised in Lookeba OK. My dad was a builder and at a very early age I’d spend tons of time looking through his home plan books and watching him draw up floor plans. I attended classes at SWOSU but acquired a design degree online, I started my business in Hinton where I sold flooring, wallpaper and decor, I later sold the Hinton store to Traci and moved my business to Weatherford. And was there for six years but when my first grandchild was born and they moved with that baby to Edmond I sold my business and my home and my husband and I moved to Edmond as well. It wasn’t long after we moved that I became a buyer at Hobby Lobby and was there for 14 years. I retired last year but soon learned I missed working, so fast forward to a full circle moment as I am now working for Traci at her Yukon location and I couldn’t be more thrilled to work with her and her terrific team doing design again.
